Earlier this year, we partnered with Golfmanager, a leading 100% cloud-based all-in-one software for golf clubs. Golfmanager enables clubs to digitize and streamline their daily operations, enhancing their management efficiency.
Golfmanager approached us with a product that had scaled well but developed inconsistencies as it grew. These inconsistencies impacted the way the different users experienced the product and its perception. Part of the challenge appeared from how customizable the platform was for club owners, which resulted in a lack of cohesion across the platform. Our main goal was to enhance the SaaS solution, making it a seamless experience for both end-users and golf club owners while elevating its positioning as the premium service it is. We also sought to refresh the visual design to align with the product nature.
Our Approach
We focused on creating a scalable, consistent system that could deliver a unified experience for both individual users and golf club operators. This involved streamlining the interface into different flows, ensuring that each user type could access the features they needed in a simplified, intuitive way.

- Collaborative Process: Initially, there was friction between teams, particularly with development. Through close collaboration with Golfmanager’s team, we bridged these gaps, incorporating feedback from all stakeholders. This ensured the final design met the needs of both club operators and end-users.
- User Experience Optimization: We reimagined the platform’s user experience to provide an intuitive interface that simplifies core functions, enabling users to book courses, schedule classes, and manage reservations with ease.
